For Sale by Owner
Have you ever thought of selling your house FSBO (for sale by owner)? Of course as real estate agents, we like to think that we have all the information (we do have the majority of the listing and selling comparable house data) and can do the best job for you(we are trained in it and licensed). But, I learned a long time ago the best way to explain it is to ask one question, "Would you pick up a hitchhiker?" When someone tries to sell their house by themselves, they never know who they will be letting into the house. Realtors talk to their buyers, spend time with them, and usually find out if they are prequalified or at least headed to the lender.
Would you pick up a hitchhiker?
