As Relocation Director for Alfa Realty, I work with local corporations to help with candidates and new hires coming into the Montgomery area. Not all new hires are looking to purchase a home in Montgomery,Prattville, or Wetumpka area immediately. Of course, purchasing is the best for me, but not necessarily for them, so I can help coordinate with the employee to help find an apartment or house to rent or lease purchase. We like to call renters "buyers-in-waiting" so hopefully they will remember us when it does become time to buy a home.
Searching for a home for sale in Montgomery or the surrounding areas is easy on this website. You can search by zip code, neighborhood, price range….and you do not have to register. Not only can houses for sale in Montgomery, Prattville, Wetumpka and surrounding areas be accessed thru this site but also conveniences that surround these houses for sale. If you want to receive email alerts about future listings that fit you parameters then you do need to give us minimal information to receive these updates.

I have been in real estate in Montgomery, Alabama as an Associate Broker since the early 80’s. The Relocation side of the business became of interest to me in the 1991 and I have continued to learn as this industry evolves. I have two designations. Certified Relocation Professional(CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist(GMS) both are designations that are tested for and administered by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. I am also a proud member of the Relocation Directors Council.
As a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador I try to "stay in the loop" on what is going on in the city and what is new and fresh. It is ever exciting to watch this area grow. I am proud to call the River Region my home!
